Start with Listingbook.com which will give you a survey report based on your search ctiteria and and then send you daily update emails so you automatically stay in touch with listings that match your criteria -- every day so yu don't miss things. You control the search and the reports and build your confidence. A big advantage of Listingbook is that you can seach for listings in multiple towns. It's based on all of the listings in the Greater Fairfield County Consolidated Multiple Listing Service data base which is what I use on a daily basis. Another feature is that it shows the property status so you can see if a property is active vs. bindered or CTS, or undercontract with a pending close.
2. The second search app is Century21.com which includes all USA listings and a link to Century21 International.
3. The third link is for our C21homeservices.com app which will help you search the entire state of Connecticut. It has many similar features as Listingbook.com and will allow searches over multiple towns.
4. Realtor.com is the fourth link and it will help you find homes from all over the USA. It's a great search app but it often includes listings that may be under-deposit, under-contract, or already sold which can be confusing.
