Another feature is that it shows the property status so you can see if a property is active vs. bindered or CTS, or undercontract with a pending close.
2. Realtor.com is the second link and it will help you find homes from all over the USA. It's a great search app but it often includes listings that may be under-deposit, under-contract, or already sold which can be confusing.
3. The third search app is Century21.com which includes all USA listings and a link to Century21 International.
4. The fourth link is for our C21homeservices.com app which will help you search the entire state of Connecticut. It has many similar features as Listingbook.com and will allow searches over multiple towns.
